I wanted my baby more than anything. How could I ever have gone through with an abortion? For years I felt the weight of my decision as grief, anguish, self-loathing, and pain, pain, always pain... It hurt so badly. Today I stand in a place of peace. It wasn’t easy to arrive here. I had to face the truth of what I had done and own the responsibility for my choices. From profound emotional loss to true healing, I tell my story and recount the specific steps I took and methods I used that saved me from a life of eternal self-condemnation. Ultimately, I share an uplifting and empowering message of hope. I had to learn not only to forgive but how to love the very person I hated most in the world - myself. I learned that while every human has the freedom to make mistakes, linked inextricably with that freedom is the grace to encounter profound forgiveness and complete healing.

Elizabeth, you certainly have all the elements necessary in your synopsis to draw in the reader who is looking for help and healing from abortion. I'm sure there are many women who can identify with your story, and your synopsis would take them right into the story you have to share. Great job.
Liz, I think your synopsis is amazing. It truly will give people hope that they can go this traumatic experience and learn to forgive themselves. I know you are not the only person who has realized the person they hate the most for having an abortion of a baby they really wanted was themselves. Whatever the circumstances they made a horrible decision and have not forgiven themselves, you give them hope.
